Please read the terms and conditions carefully before registering for ASIRAJ 2026. These terms govern your participation, payments, and use of our services.
🏛️ Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in ASIRAJ 2026, the Annual Conference of the Association of Surgeons of India – Rajasthan Chapter. By registering for the conference, you agree to comply with these terms.
📄 Information We Collect
We may collect the following information:
- Name, email address, and phone number
- Professional details (designation, institution, ASI membership)
- Payment and registration details
- Any information submitted through forms or email
📝 Registration
- Registration is confirmed only after successful payment.
- Participants must provide accurate and complete information.
- Postgraduate (PG) students must submit a valid certificate from their Head of Department.
💳 Payment
- All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Payment can be made via online methods such as UPI, bank transfer, or other accepted modes.
- Any applicable taxes or transaction charges will be borne by the participant.
❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
- Refund policy:
- Before 31st July 2026: 75% refund
- Before 31st August 2026: 50% refund
- After 31st August 2026: No refund - No refund will be provided for accommodation bookings.
- Refunds will be processed within 45 days after the conference.
🎫 Conference Participation
- Delegates must carry valid ID proof during the conference.
- Entry badges must be worn at all times within the venue.
- The organizing committee reserves the right to deny entry if rules are not followed.
📸 Media & Photography
- The event may be recorded or photographed.
- By attending, you consent to the use of your images/videos for promotional purposes.
🔁 Changes & Updates
- The event may be recorded or photographed.
- The organizing committee reserves the right to modify the program, venue, or schedule if required.
- Any changes will be updated on the official website.
