ASIRAJ â Refund & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for registering for (ASIRAJ 2026).
Please read the policy carefully before registering for ASIRAJ 2026.
â Cancellation by Participant
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat.
- Up to 31st July 2026: 25% cancellation fee; 75% refund.
- 1st August â 31st August 2026: 50% cancellation fee; 50% refund.
- After 31st August 2026: No refund will be applicable.
- Accommodation charges are non-refundable.
- GST is non-refundable in all cases.
- Refunds will be processed within 45 days after the conclusion of the conference.
âŠī¸ Refund Policy
- All approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7â10 working days to the original payment method.
đī¸ Event Cancellation / Postponement
- In case the event is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, registrations will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
- Participants will be allowed to attend the event on the new date.
- No refunds will be initiated in such cases.
đ Transfer of Registration
- Registration is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another participant under any circumstances.
â Final Decision
- All refund and cancellation decisions will be at the sole discretion of the organizing committee.
