Thank you for registering for Bikaner Surgical Conclave (ASIRAJ 2026).
Please read the policy carefully before registering for ASIRAJ 2026.
â Cancellation by Participant
- Cancellation requests received 60 days before the event may be considered for a partial refund, subject to approval by the organizing team.
- Applicable payment gateway charges and administrative fees will be deducted.
- No refund requests will be entertained within 60 days of the event.
âŠī¸ Refund Policy
- All approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7â10 working days to the original payment method.
đī¸ Event Cancellation / Postponement
- In case the event is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, registrations will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
- Participants will be allowed to attend the event on the new date.
- No refunds will be initiated in such cases.
đ Transfer of Registration
- Registration is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another participant under any circumstances.
â Final Decision
- All refund and cancellation decisions will be at the sole discretion of the organizing committee.
