Dear Esteemed Delegates and Colleagues,

We are delighted to invite you to theAnnual Conference of the Association of Surgeons of India – Rajasthan Chapter (ASIRAJ 2026), hosted by the Department of General Surgery, S. P. Medical College, Bikaner, in association with the Bikaner Surgical Conclave.Pre-conference workshopswill be held on2nd October 2026, followed by themain conference on 3rd & 4th October 2026 at Riddhi Siddhi Resorts, Jaipur–Jodhpur Bypass Road, Bikaner.

The theme of our conference, “Shaping the Future of Surgery: Impact and Challenges in General and Minimal Access Techniques”, emphasizes the transformative role of laparoscopic and robotic surgery in enhancing modern surgical practice and patient outcomes. It also addresses key challenges including training, cost, accessibility and the integration of advanced technologies in shaping the future of general surgery.

This conference will bring together ASI members, surgeons and postgraduate students for an enriching academic experience, featuringinvited lectures, interactive panel discussions, paper and e-poster presentationsacross key surgical specialties.

Alongside this destination surgical conference of academic excellence, experience the rich cultural essence of Bikaner with itsdelicious local cuisine, complemented by a special evening celebration —“Balle Balle with Belly Belly”.
